China has been impacted by H5N1 virus in 2003, Asian
H5N1 virus has caused outbreaks in birds with unprecedented characteristics.
These include the spill over of infection into the wild bird population and
extensive infection of farmed waterfowl. These
external factors also affect our food safety. Whatever we get close to the fowls, we are easily get infected by
the virus. Virus can be transferred by different kinds of ways. Most reported
human infections with influenza H5N1 viruses have arisen because of direct
handling of infected poultry, or close contact with live poultry. Poultries are made for our meat consumption, now we can not use
them anymore due to the severe virus, so it is dangerous for us to get close to
fowls because we need to protect ourselves away from the infection. And severe
meat problem has not stopped yet. Now, scientists in China have discovered that a virus
according to meat which has the ability to threaten our life. It is a new
influenza which can be transferred from fowls to our human beings and cause
many diseases happen to us. In China,
under such a kind of situation, people can not eat meat especially chicken or
duck any more, anything related to fowls need to be separated from us. There is
no food safety guarantee because of the bird flu virus.
